Once my team registers, what happens next?  You will receive a Purchase Receipt with the amount paid. Once your team has paid, you will be able to enter your Race Plan

When is the registration fee due?  Early Bird registration is due June 24th, 2016.  Race registration closes on August 12th, 2016.

Is there a cancellation fee?  In the unfortunate event that a team needs to cancel, the following cancellation fees apply…
– Teams withdrawing up to (and including) August 1st pay $100 (Walking and Youth Teams pay $50)
– Teams withdrawing between August 2-12 (inclusive) pay $150 (Walking and Youth Teams pay $75)
– Teams withdrawing between August 12-19 (inclusive) pay $200 (Walking and Youth Teams pay $100)
– Teams withdrawing after August 19th will not receive a refund

There are multiple Racer/Team IDs in the database for the same person/team–can histories be combined?  Yes. Please contact Sport Yukon and provide the applicable Racer/Team IDs you’d like to combine.

Can a Team Race Plan be modified after the registration is closed?  Your Team’s Race Plan (who is running each leg) can be updated online until August 19th, 2016. Any changes after that will cost $10.00 per change right up until the day of the race.

Do I need a Passport?  Yes.  Passports are required for anyone running or supporting  the first three legs of the race.  Please check your expiry date and make sure you have a valid passport as it can take 6-8 weeks for renewal at Service Canada in Whitehorse, Yukon.

One of my racers would like to run in more than one leg, is that possible?  Yes. Simply insert the Racer ID into the Race Plan for the appropriate legs.

How many support vehicles are allowed per team?  Each team will be allowed ONE SUPPORT VEHICLE. Signs will be provided and must be displayed at all times. If your team transfers to an alternate support vehicle, please transfer your signs as they need to be visible to the volunteers and safety patrol on the highway.

When are Bib Numbers and Start Times Issued?  Your team captain will receive an e-mail correspondence that outlines Start Times and Bib Numbers by August 22nd, 2016.

Does each team need to name a Team Captain?  Yes. The captain of the team does not, however, need to be a participant on the team.
